The CCM Super Tacks AS1 Youth pants are a highly protective and customizable pant. This pant is a classic CCM cut, designed to offer pro level protection. It features trusted protection features like PE caps and D30 smart material at the hips and spine.
An internal custom fit system combines the inner belt with the stabilized belly pad and the new height adjustable spine protector to ensure comfort and protection wherever you need it most.
External Materials
A 200-denier nylon exterior with reinforced Pro 400D side panels reduces the overall weight while optimizing durability by adding additional material only in the main wear and tear locations. Thigh Protection
The AS1 features premium PE Insert thigh guards on the youth hockey pants for elite impact protection. Spine Protection
A successful and recurring feature for the youth AS1 pants is the floating spine protector that provides maximum protection and comfort for the lower back. D3O smart material is utilized in the tail bone pad to further help protect against nasty crosschecks and other impacts. Belt/Lace Closure
An external belt hides a length adjusting zipper which enables the pants to increase in length by 1” for taller players or to accommodate players that are still growing. In addition to the external foam-padded belt, a padded internal belt system provides a better, more secure fit on the hips. A skate lace ties at the front to fully secure the pants (and for style points).
